- Design and Development: Create new designs and improve existing ones.
- Testing and Analysis: Conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to validate designs and ensure functionality.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues in mechanical systems and processes.
- Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, including reports, specifications.
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components.
- Conduct in-process and final product inspection as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards such as BIS, ISO, UL.
- Use measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation.
- Identify defects and non-conformities and prepare NCR reports.
- Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor process quality and suggest improvements to reduce defects.
- Conduct product testing and verification as per technical standards.
- Assist in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
