ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure to close the tickets (Request, Incidents, Tasks, ITCHG, PBI, KB) in adhere SLA Time
- Providing Guidance to L1 team to process the Tickets
- Adhere the Compliance & Quality on Tickets
- Participation in Bridge calls/MI to troubleshoot the critical issues

- Co-ordination with different teams to resolve the Connectivity issues
