About the Role
Client Champs is looking for a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Growth Manager to manage and scale product sales on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running ads, optimizing listings, coordinating with internal teams, and executing growth strategies to increase revenue.
This role is suitable for candidates who want hands-on experience in marketplace growth and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns
- Manage sponsored ads and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and improve campaign performance (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Optimize product listings including titles, keywords, descriptions, and images
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track daily sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Manage pricing, deals, and promotional activities
- Monitor account health and platform compliance
- Ensure proper inventory planning to avoid stockouts
- Prepare performance reports
Key Objective
Drive consistent sales growth and improve overall marketplace performance.
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate experience with Amazon or Flipkart seller accounts
- Understanding of marketplace advertising and product listings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Interest in e-commerce and digital growth
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience running Amazon Ads or Flipkart Ads
- Knowledge of product research tools
- Experience managing multiple SKUs
