We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Associate to support our growing workforce and contribute to building a positive employee experience.
Role Overview
The HR Associate will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career as an HR Generalist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support offer rollout and pre-boarding activities.
HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records and update HRMS accurately.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and documentation.
Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
Support employee recognition and reward programs.
Address employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data.
Maintain statutory and employee documentation.
Support compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
Assist during audits and compliance reviews.
HR Administration
Maintain HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Support vendor coordination and administrative activities.
Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work (HR), or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.
Freshers with relevant internships may also apply.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience with HRMS tools (Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).
Exposure to recruitment and onboarding processes.
Basic knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
Experience in employee engagement activities is an added advantage.
