Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Growth & Operations Lead to drive portfolio expansion and hotel operations across Rajasthan. The role involves identifying new hotel opportunities, building strong relationships with property owners, negotiating management agreements, and overseeing the operational performance of multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate new hotel/property opportunities across Rajasthan.
Build and manage relationships with hotel owners and stakeholders.
Lead commercial discussions and close hotel management agreements.
Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple hotels.
Work closely with General Managers and senior leadership to achieve business goals.
Travel extensively across Rajasthan to support expansion and operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 20 years of experience in the hotel industry.
Experience managing multiple hotels with full P&L responsibility.
Strong business development and owner relationship management skills.
Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
Thorough knowledge of the Rajasthan hospitality market.
Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Extensive travel across Rajasthan required)
Salary: ₹15,00,000 CTC per annum.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per year
