Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with at least 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in handling customer queries through calls, emails, and social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns via email in a timely manner.
- Manage customer interactions across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Meet response time and service quality standards.
- Provide product/service information and guide customers through processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support/customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience handling customer interactions through calls, emails, and social media channels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
