- Develop, qualify, and maintain welding procedures (WPS, PQR, WPQ) for aerospace components.
- Provide technical support for welding operations, process optimization, and defect reduction.
- Select appropriate welding processes such as GTAW (TIG), Laser Welding, Resistance Welding, Orbital Welding, and GMAW based on application requirements.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100, NADCAP, AWS D17.1, and customer specifications.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for weld-related defects and non-conformities.
- Work closely with Quality and NDT teams for inspections such as RT, PT, UT, and visual inspection.
- Support production teams in fixture design, tooling validation, and process improvements.
- Monitor welding parameters and maintain process qualification records.
- Participate in new product development and welding process validation.
- Prepare technical reports, qualification documents, and engineering change records.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
