Dior Pharmaceuticals is expanding its manufacturing operations and is looking for a Production Chemist who is passionate about manufacturing, quality, and continuous learning. What You'll Do
Manufacture and supervise production of:
- Syrups
- Capsules
- Herbal Oils
- Nutraceutical Products
- Ayurvedic Formulations
Execute batch manufacturing as per approved SOPs and BMRs.
Handle production planning and daily manufacturing activities.
Manage and supervise production staff and operators.
Ensure compliance with GMP, QA, hygiene, and safety standards.
Maintain production records and documentation.
Participate in AYUSH, FSSAI, customer, and regulatory audits.
Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and operational excellence on the shop floor.
What We're Looking For
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / BAMS / D.Pharm or equivalent
1–2 years of experience in Herbal, Ayurvedic, or Nutraceutical manufacturing
Hands-on experience in making batches of syrups, capsules, oils, or related products
Good understanding of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation
Ability to handle manpower and production operations independently
Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and willingness to learn
