Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our MAAC Barrackpore team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for counselling students, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents about career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Multimedia.
- Handle walk-ins, telephonic enquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in Education Counselling, Sales, or Admissions preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email).
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
