Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pile Foundation professional with hands-on experience in bored piling, driven piling, and operation/coordination of tractor-mounted rigs and rotary drilling machines. The candidate will be responsible for execution, supervision, and quality control of piling works at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise bore pile and driven pile activities as per project drawings and specifications
- Operate / coordinate with operators for rotary drilling rigs and tractor-mounted piling machines
- Ensure proper setting out, verticality, and depth of piles
- Monitor boring, reinforcement cage placement, and concreting process
- Maintain daily progress reports and site records
- Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures
- Troubleshoot site issues like collapse of bore, obstruction, alignment issues
- Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of machinery
- Follow project timelines and ensure target completion
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of:
- Bored cast-in-situ piles
- Driven piles (precast / sheet piles)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Rotary piling rigs
- Tractor-mounted piling equipment
- Understanding of soil conditions and piling techniques
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Basic knowledge of quality control tests (pile integrity test, load test)
- Good communication and team coordination skills
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- ITI with relevant experience also acceptable
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in infrastructure, bridges, or high-rise foundation works
- Willing to work at remote project locations
- Strong problem-solving ability at site
Salary:
- As per industry standards (based on experience)
