Job description-
- Identify and research potential corporate clients across industries and build a qualified prospect database.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and digital channels.
- Connect with key decision makers including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and CXOs.
- Introduce company solutions and create interest among prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities for staffing, recruitment, HR technology, and workforce solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product discussions for the business development team.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM with leads, interactions, and sales pipeline status.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert opportunities.
- Track market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Work closely with sales teams to achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
