Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume cold calls to generate and qualify leads
- Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline via calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach
- Drive the sales cycle: calling → pitching → follow-ups → closure
- Schedule and support client meetings & product demos (AR/VR solutions)
- Pitch solutions to B2B clients (manufacturing, real estate, enterprises)
- Handle objections and maintain client relationships
- Update CRM, track leads, and report performance
- Work with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns
Requirements
- Degree (completed) in Business, Marketing, or tech field
- Strong English communication & calling skills (mandatory)
- Comfortable with cold calling, tele-sales, and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales / lead generation
- Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools, MS Office
- Interest in tech sales, AR/VR, SaaS
- Target-driven, confident, and proactive
- Willing to travel locally for meetings/demos if required
Preferred
- Experience in calling, tele-sales, inside sales, or internships
- Exposure to startup or sales environments
Compensation & Incentives
- ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
- ₹2,000 per deal closure
- ₹1,000 bonus for same-month closure
