What you'll do:
- UX Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. You'll understand our HNI client needs and translate them into intuitive, seamless experiences.
- UI Design & Development: Create elegant, brand-aligned user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Develop designs that balance aesthetic beauty with business goals and regulatory compliance.
- Website & Growth Optimization: Drive website optimization, implement SEO and AEO best practices, and work with our content strategy to improve discoverability and user engagement.
- Product Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure design solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and client-focused.
- Design Systems & Tooling: Maintain consistency across our digital products using Strapi and other design/CMS tools.
What we need:
- Experience: Proven experience building elegant web and mobile applications. Fintech domain experience is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with website design, SEO, AEO, and Strapi. Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, prototyping, etc.).
- Knowledge: Understanding of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and the business impact of design decisions.
- Immediate Availability: Immediate joining availability is a must.
