Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of Oil & Biogas plant projects at site.
- Plan and monitor project activities from mobilization through installation, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants and internal engineering teams.
- Supervise civil, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation activities.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and resources required at site.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical documents before execution.
- Coordinate equipment erection, piping installation, fabrication and plant infrastructure works.
- Monitor installation of biogas processing, gas purification, compression and related plant systems.
- Identify site issues, technical constraints and delays and take corrective action.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and engineering standards.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing and plant start-up activities.
- Monitor contractor performance, productivity and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE and safety requirements at site.
- Maintain proper site documentation, daily reports, inspection records and project updates.
- Liaise with clients and consultants regarding project progress, inspections and technical matters.
- Escalate major technical, commercial or schedule-related issues to management.
- Ensure successful project completion and handover within the planned timeline.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
