Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of online marketing tools and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Optimize website content using SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (PPC)
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and ads
- Handle email marketing campaigns
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates
- Track ROI and prepare performance reports
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC
- Experience with Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager
- Understanding of content marketing & branding
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (optional)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Canva / Photoshop
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience (for Executive role)
- Freshers with certifications can also apply
Preferred Experience
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of local marketing (especially for apps/startups)
- Prior experience in startup environment
Salary Range (India)
- Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Experienced: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month
