Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage the entire process from order receipt to delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling skills, excellent communication in English, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments and buyers to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Order Management:
Handle the complete order lifecycle — from order confirmation, sampling, production follow-up, to final delivery.
· Customer Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for buyers/customers. Handle inquiries, share order updates, and maintain clear and professional communication.
· Production Coordination:
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.
· Documentation:
Prepare and maintain order-related documents including POs, T&A, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
· Follow-up & Monitoring:
Closely monitor order progress and proactively resolve any issues or delays. Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
· Market & Trend Understanding:
Keep updated with industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to offer relevant solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in textile or apparel industry.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
