Senior Civil Engineer – Job Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Review and interpret structural, architectural, and civil drawings.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Check measurements, quantities, material requirements, and work progress.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site reports, and other project documentation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources for efficient utilization.
- Identify technical issues at the site and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure construction activities follow approved schedules and project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure rectification of defects and deviations.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and management regarding project progress and challenges.
- Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and housekeeping at the site.
- Assist in planning, budgeting, estimation, and material procurement as required.
- Guide and supervise Junior Engineers, Site Supervisors, and other site staff.
- Ensure all work is completed according to quality, safety, and company standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
