Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, a typical day involves orchestrating the detailed execution of a deployment plan that encompasses work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. The role requires close collaboration with various project teams to manage dependencies and ensure all deployment activities are aligned. Monitoring progress and controlling the deployment plan are key daily tasks, alongside facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to support a smooth transition and successful implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless deployment activities.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong expertise in deployment planning and execution within complex project environments.
- Ability to manage budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation effectively.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple teams to handle interdependencies and align activities.
- Skilled in monitoring project metrics and controlling progress to meet deployment goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
