Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and our internal team. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects across our design, development, and ads teams, and ensuring timely delivery of work along with regular performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements, goals, and expectations clearly
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Conduct regular client calls/meetings to share updates and gather feedback
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Team & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the design team for social media posts and creatives
- Work with the web development team to ensure websites are delivered on time
- Collaborate with the paid ads team to plan and monitor ad campaigns
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress across all departments
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client submission
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly performance reports with clients
- Track key metrics (engagement, leads, ad performance, website progress)
- Present results clearly and suggest improvements where needed
- Maintain documentation of all client communications and project status
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or marketplace.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, web development, paid ads)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and reporting tools
- Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
- Basic understanding of design and website terminology
