Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments and initiate the recruitment process.
- Prepare and post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and keep them informed.
- Negotiate salary and discuss employment terms with shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure selected candidates complete all pre-joining formalities and join on time.
- Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment trackers and submit hiring status reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring priorities and manpower planning.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Meet hiring targets and close positions within the defined timelines.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Support employer branding activities to attract quality talent.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment records.
- Assist the HR team with onboarding activities and induction for new employees.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Take ownership of assigned hiring requirements and contribute to building a high-performing workforce for CBS Group of Companies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Education, or Corporate roles is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
