As a New Business Development Executive, your primary mission is to find and secure new bulk order accounts. You will identify potential B2B clients, pitch our customization capabilities (printing, embroidery, fabric quality), and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn networking, and local field visits.
- B2B Sales: Pitch customized apparel solutions to corporate HRs, marketing managers, event organizers, college committees, and sports clubs.
- Client Consultation: Understand the client’s design requirements, fabric preferences, budget, and timeline to offer the best-suited t-shirt solutions.
- Deal Closure: Prepare attractive quotes, negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Account Management: Act as the main point of contact between the client and our design/production team to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Market Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and popular apparel styles to help improve our product offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition (Experience in corporate gifting, apparel, or printing industries is a huge plus).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should be able to charm a client over a phone call or in person.
- Hustle Mentality: A self-starter who enjoys the thrill of the chase and isn’t discouraged by "No."
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Equivalent practical experience also welcomed)
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
