Little Millennium, Saket Nagar is one of Kanpur’s premier early childhood centers. We are dedicated to providing a holistic development environment for young children. To expand our evening extra-curricular programs, we are looking for a disciplined, energetic, and passionate Taekwondo Instructor to train and mentor young minds.
Role Overview:
As our evening Taekwondo Instructor, you will be responsible for introducing young learners and children to the fundamentals of martial arts. Your focus will be on building physical fitness, self-defense skills, focus, and core values like respect and discipline in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured, age-appropriate Taekwondo training sessions during evening hours.
- Design and implement an engaging martial arts curriculum suitable for beginners and young children.
- Ensure a safe, high-energy, and positive learning environment during classes.
- Monitor student progress and keep parents updated on their child's development.
- Instill traditional martial arts values such as discipline, focus, confidence, and respect.
What We Are Looking For:
- Certification: Minimum 2nd Dan Black Belt or higher from a recognized Taekwondo association.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching Taekwondo to children or teenagers is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills. Must be patient, encouraging, and child-friendly.
- Availability: Must be regularly available for evening classes and reside within a comfortable commuting distance of Saket Nagar, Kanpur.
