As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional learner experience throughout the program lifecycle. You will manage learner communities, build strong relationships with participants, and collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery and high learner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Community Management & Learner Engagement
- Manage and nurture learner communities across WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
- Build meaningful relationships with learners to drive engagement, participation, and program completion.
- Design and implement community engagement initiatives, activities, and support mechanisms.
Program Delivery & Operations
- Oversee and execute the end-to-end delivery experience of learning programs.
- Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth program execution.
- Coordinate mentor sessions for seamless process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth program operations and timely communication.
- Track learner progress and proactively identify learners who may require additional support.
- Ensure all program milestones, sessions, and activities are executed efficiently.
Learner Support & Career Guidance
- Guide and support learners in their job search journey.
- Provide assistance with career related queries and connect learners with relevant resources.
- Encourage learners to utilize career support services and maximize program outcomes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Community Management, Customer Success, Program Operations, Learner Support, or related roles.
- Prior experience in an EdTech company is highly preferred.
- Experience in customer support, learner operations, or community engagement will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple communities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving and learner-first mindset.
- Comfortable working with WhatsApp, email platforms, Google Workspace, and CRM/tools.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
