Job Title: Payment Posting / Pre-Auth / AR Caller
Executive Salary:
- Fresher: Up to ₹16,000/month
- Experienced (Payment Posting): Up to ₹25,000/month
- Experienced (Pre-Auth): Up to ₹35,000/month
- Experienced (AR Caller): Up to ₹50,000/month
Experience:
- Freshers / Experienced candidates with Payment Posting/Pre-Auth/AR Caller experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and post insurance and patient payments accurately into the billing system.
- Verify payment details against remittance advice (ERA/EOB).
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and underpayments.
- Process adjustments, denials, and write-offs as per company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions.
- Coordinate with billing and AR teams for payment-related issues.
- Ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
- Follow HIPAA and data confidentiality guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Basic knowledge of medical billing and healthcare processes (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in Payment Posting/Pre-Auth/AR Caller (Healthcare RCM) is preferred for experienced roles
Shift:
- Night Shift / Rotational Shift (as per process requirement)
