We are looking for a proactive and qualified HSE Engineer to lead Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance in our organization. The candidate must hold an engineering degree and possess hands-on experience in ISO documentation and audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
- Good knowledge in ISO standards and maintain all HSE documentation (mandatory)
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Oversee workshop and site operations to ensure safety, discipline, and adherence to protocols.
- Investigate accidents/incidents, prepare reports, and drive corrective actions.
- Conduct employee HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, labor laws, and environmental regulations.
- Support management in driving a strong safety culture across all teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
- Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / equivalent) preferred.
- 3–5 years of proven HSE experience in manufacturing/workshop/site environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO documentation, audits, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills.
- Ability to enforce discipline and ensure safe practices at all levels.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
