Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business marketing and sales Executive (IT) with 6 months-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to generate and nurture business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, and other channels
✅ Identify potential clients and business opportunities
✅ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
✅ Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
✅ Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✅ Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents
✅ Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to achieve business goals
✅ Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong sales and business development skills with the ability to convert leads into business opportunities
✔ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, social media platforms, and online lead generation techniques
✔ Knowledge of generating leads from freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar marketplaces
✔ Ability to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services effectively
✔ Strong client pitching and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build trust and close deals
✔ Experience in writing professional proposals, quotations, and business presentations
✔ Ability to create project specifications, requirement gathering documents, and scope-of-work (SOW) documents
✔ Excellent client handling and relationship management skills
✔ Professional communication with a clear and confident speaking style, good accent.
✔ Basic understanding of SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and IT Services
✔ Knowledge of CRM tools, sales pipelines, and lead management processes
✔ Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- BBA, MCA,B.tech , MBA (Marketing), or any IT-related degree.
-Knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and IT Services
-Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
