The Role: Content Creator Intern (2 Seats Open)
Turn "we need something for Instagram" into a piece of content people actually stop scrolling for. You will ideate, script, shoot, and sometimes appear on camera across multiple brand campaigns.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Short-form Video Concepts & Scripts: Write high-converting hooks, storylines, and creative scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand campaigns.
- On-ground & Studio Shoots: Direct shoots, handle framing/lighting, and collaborate on set with talent and the team.
- Trend-Spotting & Experiments: Identify emerging formats, audio trends, and cultural moments, and test creative hypotheses rapidly.
- End-to-End Collaboration: Partner closely with video editors and the creative director from initial scratchpad to the final cut.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You have made content for yourself, a brand, a personal creator page, or a college festival.
- You understand why something works, not just that it went viral.
- You can turn a rough idea into a shot list and action plan.
- You have high agency, strong storytelling instincts, and a relentless curiosity for visual culture.
