Job Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding career-oriented programs.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Explain course offerings, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and CRM updates.
- Support admission drives, seminars, webinars, and career guidance events.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Confidence in handling phone and face-to-face counseling.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
