Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular guidance, training, and performance reviews.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and key clients.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with CRM, legal, finance, and project teams for smooth sales operations and customer handovers.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
