Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strategic thinking, market research, and effective communication to expand the company’s market presence and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to develop proposals, presentations, and solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company goals.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and sales performance.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and market research techniques.
