We are hiring Business Development Executive (WFH) to support our admissions and business growth process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling calls and the ability to guide prospect leads through the admission process.
Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective leads provided by the company
- Guide leads through the admission process
- Explain course details, fees and benefits to potential students
- Follow up with interested prospects to ensure timely admission closure
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and admissions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to close deals
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of sales / business development experience
- Ed-Tech industry preferred
- Strong communication and telephone etiquette
- English & Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory
- Good knowledge of MS Office
