JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Collection Tele-caller
- Process: Write-off Process
- Type: DRA & NON-DRA Can Apply
- Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
- Incentives: Unlimited Incentives based on performance
- Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
- Location: Thane West
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Graduates (any stream)
- Experience: Freshers and experienced individuals are equally welcome
- Skills:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language skills will be an added advantage)
- Ability to handle customer interactions politely and professionally
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments
- Discuss payment plans and negotiate settlements
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payments
- Meet individual and team performance targets
