As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. The position also includes supporting transformational efforts by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring that solutions are effectively integrated into operational models. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with technology capabilities is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Assist in the development and communication of business cases to support decision-making.
- Support the implementation of business solutions by coordinating with technical teams and monitoring progress.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Experience with business process analysis and modeling techniques.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with change management principles and supporting organizational transformation.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective problem-solving.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
