Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Corporate Sales Executive / Manager to join our team in North Goa. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hotel sales, excellent corporate networking skills, and a proven track record of driving room revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new corporate and B2B business for the hotel.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, and event planners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Promote room bookings, long-stay accommodations, meetings, conferences, and events.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and property visits.
- Negotiate corporate contracts and rates.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records.
- Coordinate with Operations and Revenue teams to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
Eligibility
- 2–6 years of experience in Hotel Corporate Sales.
- Mandatory experience in the Hotel & Hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of the Goa corporate and hospitality market.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently working with hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or hospitality brands.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
