We are looking for a Junior System Engineer to join our IT team. You will assist in maintaining and optimizing our systems infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities

Provide live chat support

Monitor severs and networks and escalate to the corresponding department

Provide basic customer support through ticketing system

Carry out tasks under the supervision of mentor

Identification of various server issues and act according to the guidelines

Documentation of issues

General knowledge of Networking, Hardware, software

Proficient in Linux

Good Knowledge on Web server, Mail server, DNS, FTP, SSH ( Thorough knowledge
