The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and data
analysis and aid in report writing within the real estate industry. The role will
involve collecting data through primary and secondary sources to identify trends and
patterns across the real estate spectrum.
- Collect and analyze data on local, regional, and national real estate market
trends, including sales, leasing, and pricing data.
- Call brokers, developers and agents to gather data around pricing and supply and
validate with data sources from internal sources.
- Monitor economic indicators, demographic changes, and government policies that
could impact the real estate market.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to inform investment strategies.
- Gather data from various sources, such as internal sources, databases (State RERA
websites), public records, industry reports, and online platforms.
- Assist the research team in writing comprehensive and well-structured reports that
synthesize research findings, data analysis, and market trends.
- Implement best practices and stay updated on technological advancements to optimize
research methodologies.
- Moderate experience of 2-3 years in real estate market research, data analysis, and
report writing.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and
techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey
complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Attention to detail in analyzing data.
- Familiarity with real estate industry regulations, trends, and market dynamics.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
- Candidates preferred from Real Estate research companies, Consulting Firms or IPCs.
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related
field; Master's degree may be preferred.
