Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to support field marketing and outreach activities. The role involves visiting educational institutions, engaging with students, and generating leads for skill development programs. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with field-based work.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, colleges, and institutions for outreach activities
- Conduct on-ground promotional activities such as seminars, stalls, and campaigns
- Generate and qualify leads through direct interaction
- Build and maintain relationships with students and institutional contacts
- Provide accurate information about programs and guide prospects to the counseling team
- Follow up on leads and assist in the conversion process
- Maintain daily reports of field activities and lead status
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in field marketing, sales, or business development
- Familiarity with local colleges and student networks
