Lotus Prime Digital Solutions is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive (Fresher) who is passionate about graphic design, video editing, branding, social media management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be able to create professional marketing creatives, edit engaging videos, manage social media platforms, and utilize modern AI-powered marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Branding
- Create professional social media posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Design creative marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Develop logos, brand identity elements, and promotional creatives.
- Create visually appealing Instagram posts, Facebook ads, YouTube thumbnails, and WhatsApp marketing creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Video Editing & Content Creation
- Create and edit professional promotional videos, reels, shorts, and advertisements.
- Add transitions, animations, subtitles, effects, and background music.
- Develop engaging video content for social media marketing campaigns.
- Convert raw videos into professional marketing assets.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Create and schedule content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and audience growth.
- Generate social media performance reports.
Digital Marketing Activities
- Assist in Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns.
- Support Google Ads campaign setup and optimization.
- Perform basic SEO activities and keyword research.
- Generate leads through online marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance.
AI-Powered Marketing & Creative Tools
- Utilize AI tools for content creation and marketing automation.
- Create AI-generated marketing content, videos, and creatives.
- Stay updated with modern digital marketing trends and technologies.
Required SkillsGraphic Design
- Canva (Mandatory)

- Understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding concepts
Video Editing
Knowledge of any of the following:

Educational Qualification
- Any Degree (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BE, B.Tech, MBA, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields)
