Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients (startups, SMEs, enterprises) who can benefit from outsourcing services.
- Reach out via calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other channels.
- Initiate conversations and explain our service offerings at a basic level
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects and partners
Desired Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outreach (calls, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic understanding of B2B or service-based business (preferred)
- Proactive, self-driven, and growth-oriented mindset
