Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer & Personality Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs for candidates, working professionals, and internal employees, focusing on interview preparation, communication skills, personality development, professional etiquette, and workplace readiness.
The trainer will play a critical role in enhancing employability skills, improving professional confidence, and developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate & Professional Training
- Conduct interview preparation sessions for freshers and experienced professionals.
- Train candidates on resume building, personal branding, and job readiness.
- Deliver workshops on communication skills, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.
- Prepare candidates for HR interviews, managerial interviews, and client-facing roles.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback.
Personality Development Training
- Facilitate personality development programs focused on confidence building, leadership, and professional behavior.
- Train individuals on verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Conduct sessions on workplace ethics, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills.
- Design programs that enhance professional presence and career growth.
Internal Employee Training
- Develop and conduct onboarding and induction training programs.
- Train internal teams on communication, customer interaction, sales effectiveness, and professional development.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Training Content Development
- Design and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
- Create engaging learning experiences using practical exercises, role plays, and real-world scenarios.
- Maintain training reports and performance tracking metrics.
Required Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Training, Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, or Personality Development Training.
- Experience conducting interview preparation and employability training programs.
- Proven track record of training students, professionals, or corporate employees.
- Experience in classroom and virtual training delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Training & Development, Soft Skills, or Personality Development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of corporate behavior, workplace communication, and interview techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Background in Learning & Development (L&D).
- Experience in EdTech, HR Consulting, Training Institutes, or Corporate Training Organizations.
- Passion for helping individuals improve confidence, communication, and career readiness.
