Job description:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our team and lead the growth of our restaurant POS solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in selling POS software/hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new restaurant and F&B clients within assigned territories.
- Conduct product demos (on-site or virtual) to explain POS features and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and closing strategies.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth implementation for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in POS sales, F&B tech, restaurant tech, or hardware solutions (preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage field activities, and meet targets.
- Prior experience with restaurant owners, distributors, and POS dealers is a plus.
- Own vehicle preferred (with travel allowance as applicable).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
