About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our SaaS sales initiatives in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales pipeline, developing client relationships, and leading the end-to-end sales process for our SaaS-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and subscription-based business models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SaaS, Technology Solutions, E-Procurement, Tendering, or Digital Platforms.
- Experience handling enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Team management experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
