We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Product Owner to drive Agile delivery and product ownership across APAC markets, with a primary focus on Japan. In this role, you will own the product backlog, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure delivery aligned to business value and roadmap across multiple business units.
Responsibilities

Own and manage the backlog including epics, user stories and prioritization

Ensure delivery aligned to business value and roadmap

Drive Agile ceremonies such as planning, refinement and sprint reviews

Support delivery across migration to Sitecore AI, enhancements and run activities
-
Manage delivery timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies
-
Coordinate across multiple business units in APAC with Japan as priority
-
Ensure visibility and reporting across stakeholders along with governance and delivery tracking

Act as primary contact for Japan business unit stakeholders and support additional APAC markets when needed
-
Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure alignment between business unit expectations, roadmap and delivery capacity

Facilitate communication with Japanese stakeholders across business and IT while bridging language and cultural gaps between Japan and global teams

Support the global team in backlog refinement, delivery coordination and documentation

Contribute to standardization of processes across business units and help scale the delivery model across APAC
Requirements

10-14 years of experience in business analysis and product ownership
-
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in digital or IT projects
-
Expertise in Product Ownership, Product Roadmap and Product Vision

Proficiency in Agile (Scrum) delivery, backlog refinement and prioritization
-
Skills in Business Analysis, BRD, FRD and User Stories

Competency in stakeholder management across multi-country and global setups
-
Background in Insurance
-
Fluent Japanese and strong English communication for a global setup
Nice to have

Familiarity with Sitecore (XM / XM Cloud / XP) or similar CMS

Experience in APAC delivery environments and migration or transformation programs

Background in digital platforms, web or CX
-
Experience working with distributed teams across EU and APAC
