Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager who can handle site visit closures, negotiate with clients, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings. The role demands strong closing skills, real estate expertise, and the ability to work closely with sales, CRM, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful closures
Conduct site visits and give project presentations to clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable inventory
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and offers in coordination with developers
Maintain strong follow-ups until booking is completed
Coordinate with CRM, presales, and documentation teams
Ensure booking amount collection and assist till agreement stage
Maintain accurate records of clients and closures in CRM
Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Closing Manager / Sr. Sales Manager in real estate
Proven track record of site visit conversions & deal closures
Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
Strong understanding of Mumbai real estate market
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused approach
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
