Role Overview
The Executive / Senior Executive – Application Engineering & Proposals will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical and commercial proposals for motors and synchronous generators. This role requires strong expertise in electromagnetic design, customer requirement analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure competitive and timely offer submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform electromagnetic design and analysis for motors and synchronous generators in line with customer specifications and industry standards.
Review and interpret technical and commercial requirements from customers to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and proposal submissions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and finalize techno-commercial offers.
Support and collaborate with team members to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
Participate in customer meetings and site visits, particularly for critical or high-value projects, to support order finalization.
Drive cost optimization initiatives during the proposal stage while maintaining technical integrity and compliance.
Conduct lost order analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve future win rates.
Monitor and analyze hit ratio (orders won vs. proposals submitted) and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports related to proposals, performance metrics, and business insights.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field (master’s preferred)
5 – 6 years Relevant experience in application engineering, proposal engineering, or a similar role
Experience in motor and generator design will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
