- Manage recruitment and hiring process (job posting, screening, interviews)
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Manage performance evaluation processes
- Handle employee engagement and retention activities
- Handle Employees' Provident Fund (PF) registration and employee enrollment
- Manage Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) registration and documentation
- Prepare and maintain PF & ESIC records of employees
- Ensure timely monthly contributions and compliance
- Coordinate with employees for PF withdrawals, transfers, and ESIC benefits
- Resolve PF & ESIC-related queries
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
