Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Debt Collection Executive to support our growing EV charging infrastructure business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding receivables, ensuring timely collections, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to reduce overdue payments. The role requires regular field visits, continuous follow-ups, and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts and receivables.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining professional customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and management teams regarding overdue accounts.
- Investigate payment delays and work with customers to resolve disputes or issues affecting payment.
- Prepare collection reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Meet assigned collection targets and contribute to improving cash flow.
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer visits and collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal and ethical collection practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in debt collection, receivables management, or credit control.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Immediate joining availability preferred.

- Valid Indian Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle challenging collection situations professionally and ethically.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
