Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Fixture Designer with strong knowledge of fixture concepts, 3D modeling, and 2D drafting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, have a good understanding of GD&T, and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- v Develop fixture concepts based on machining, assembly, or inspection requirements.
- v Create 3D models of fixtures in SolidWorks.
- v Prepare detailed 2D drawings and manufacturing documents in AutoCAD/SolidWorks.
- v Apply GD&T principles for accurate and functional design.
- v Work closely with production, machining, and quality teams to ensure fixture feasibility.
- v Review and improve existing fixture designs for better performance and cost efficiency.
- v Support manufacturing teams with technical clarification and design updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- v Strong fixture knowledge (design, function, and manufacturing considerations).
- v Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- v Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- v Expertise in 3D modelling and 2D drafting.
- v Ability to develop fixture concepts independently.
- v Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
