About the Role
ReadyAssist is hiring a Regional Manager – Supply & Network to own and scale our 24x7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) partner network. This is an active field leadership role (not a desk-bound vendor job) for a hands-on operator who can build, manage, and optimize supply across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Network Expansion: Identify, negotiate, and onboard towing partners, garages, and mechanics.
- 24x7 Availability: Build contingency supply to ensure 100% order fulfillment during peak hours, nights, and weekends.
- Field Execution: Travel extensively across territories to conduct partner audits, resolve ground-level bottlenecks, and enforce SLAs.
- Performance & Cost: Track operational dashboards, drive partner activation, and optimize payout structures.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in Field Operations, Mobility, Logistics, or On-Demand Supply Aggregation (3+ years in field leadership).
- Strong track record in partner acquisition, negotiation, and ground-level problem solving.
- High readiness for extensive travel and dynamic, SLA-driven environments.
- Fluent in English and regional languages.
