- Counseling & Enrollment: Handle counseling sessions (telephonic and walk-in) with prospective students & parents, converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Student Guidance: Provide detailed information on entrance exam of NIFT, NID, NATA & UCEED. Understand student needs, recommend suitable coaching programs, fee structures & academic procedures.
- Target Management: Achieve individual and team-based monthly/annual enrollment targets and revenue goals.
- Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and update student interaction records.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and sometimes schools to boost reputation and referrals.
- Strategy & Outreach: Develop and execute outreach activities in schools & attend educational fairs to increase brand visibility.
- Assist students in the enrolment process and ensure complete documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
